well i assure you, you are not the only adult here. though you're right, there aren't as many as there are kids. but i think people like professor oak and the gym leaders are proof that you're never too old for this stuff. hell, most of the npc-ish people are adults. kinda funny when you think about it. just give it some time, sooner or later you are bound to run into people your own age. in fact, i wouldn't be surprised if you hear from the other father at some point since technically you are dave and rose's dad.
